SB 223 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to notices of sales of personal property under execution or chattel mortgage liens so as to provide for the publication of such notices in certain newspapers.
SB 224 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to sales under deeds of trust and contract liens and notice thereof so as to provide for the publication of such notices in certain newspapers unless the the trustee shall be requested by the owner of the real estate to be sold to give notice and sell such property as provided in such deed of trust or contract lien.

SB 274 Caption: Relating to regulating petitions in suits for divorce to require such petitions to state whether there are children under sixteen years of age, and if so, to give full information as to such minors, making it the duty of the courts having jurisdiction of such suits to inquire into the status of such children, if divorce be granted.

SB 293 Caption: Relating to permitting any person, firm or corporation who is indebted to the State of Texas for bonus or rentals or interest on deferred consideration on lands coming under the terms of the Relinquishment Act, to have credited on the indebtedness of such person, firm or corporation, any sums paid the State of Texas for which said person, firmor corporation received no consideration as set out in section 1 of said Act, and permitting said person, form or corporation to plead as offset in any suit by the State of Texas to recover bonus and rentals, such sums paid by the State of Texas for which they received no consideration as set out in Section 1 of said Act.
SB 294 Caption: Relating to abolishing the office of Clerk of the Criminal District Court of Harris County, and transferring the duties of said office to the Clerk of the District Court of Harris County.
SB 324 Caption: Relating to amending certain Article of the Penal Code of the State of Texas relating to notes intended to circulate as money to provide that same shall not apply to self-help or credit scrip, or other certificates of barter, issued during the years 1933, 1934, and 1935, by any incorporated city, town, or village, or by any organized chamber of commerce.
SB 341 Caption: Relating to making further provision for the safekeeping of securities deposited with the State Depository Board, as collateral to secure deposits made by said Board, in State and/or reserve depositories, and authorizing said Board to rent safety deposit boxes in some bank or banks located in the City of Austin.
SB 365 Caption: Relating to exempting property belonging to any benevolent, educational or charitable organization used exclusively and reasonably necessary for its educational work, from all taxes.
SB 366 Caption: Relating to making it a penal offense for any person, agent or employee of any person, firm or corporation to break, remove or destroy any metal seal or any other seal, regardless of its kind of character, which has been placed upon any part of any oil and/or gas well, pipeline, loading rack, storage tank, refinery, or any connections thereto, by the Railroad Commission of Texas, through its duly authorized agents and employees, shall be guilty of a criminal offense, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in the sum of not less than Twenty-five (25) Dollars, nor more than One Hundred (100) Dollars, or by confinement in the county jail for not less than thirty days, nor more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
SB 367 Caption: Relating to providing that any person or any agent, employee or representative of any person, firm or corporation operating any oil well or wells in any oil field or pool in the State of Texas where the production of oil from the same or prorated or apportioned among the producing wells therein or is adjusted to prevent waste in accordance with any rule, regulation or order of the Railroad Commisison of Texas entered pursuant to the provisions of any law of Texas, who shall knowingly permit any well or wells to produce more oil than is authorized by such rule, regulation or order by said Commission.
SB 368 Caption: Relating to further prescribing the powers and duties of the Railroad Commission of Texas in respect to conservation of oil and gas and the regulation of production, storage, transportation and refining thereof
SB 369 Caption: Relating to providing that any person, or any agent, employee or representative fo any firm, corporation or joint stock association, that is required by the laws of the State of Texas, or under the rules and regulations of the Railroad Commission of the State of Texas, made in pursuance of the laws of said State, to keep records and make reports under such laws or rules and regulations passed by the Railroad Commission in pursuance thereof, who shall fail and refuse to keep such records and to make such reports as are required, or who shall make and deliver to the Railroad Commission of Texas, or to its properly constituted authorities, a false report as to matters for which said report is given and required, shall be deemed guilty of a felony and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by confinement in the State penitentiary for not less than one year nor more than five years.
SB 422 Caption: Relating to suspending the operation and/or enforcement of certain Articles of the Penal Code of Texas of 1925 during the period or periods of time when the State Banking Commissioner, with the consent and approval of the Governor of Texas, shall, under the authority of Senate Bill No. 416, enacted by the Legislature of Texas on March 4, 1933, and signed by the Governor of Texas on the same day, promulgate and put into effect a financial moratorium for and/or invoke a uniform limitation withdrawal of deposits from the banks and trust companies of Texas, State and National.
SB 429 Caption: Relating to providing and establishing the two-platoon system for firemen in certain cities; providing the number of hours such firemen shall be on duty; and providing a penalty for the violation of same.
SB 446 Caption: Relating to making it unlawful for any person to produce any crude petroleum within the State of Texas from any well or wells in excess of the amount of production allowed by the rules, regulations, and orders of the Railroad Commission of Texas made and promulgated in pursuance of any law of this State and imposing a penalty in addition to any penalty provided under any other law of this State in an amount equal to fifty (50c) cents for each and every barrel of unlawful oil produced, and giving the State a lien on all of such unlawful oil, said lien to attach as and when the same is produced.
SB 447 Caption: Relating to providing that all contractors on public works to be performed for the State of Texas or any county, political subdivision, incorporated city or town, shall, when he files his bid or proposal, furnish a schedule of the wages he proposes to pay to the workmen and various crafts to be employed on said work, and if the sid wages are not adequate as determined by the officers letting the contract, same shall be rejected, until and when a schedule of wages are agreed upon, which shall be a part and parcel of the contract.
SB 474 Caption: Relating to filing of certain depository bonds with the commissioners' court.

SB 518 Caption: Relating to providing that all counties, cities, towns, villages, various improvement and reclamation districts, school districts, municipal corporations and political subdivisions of any county or o this State, shall have power and authority to do all things necessary in the procuring of loans or the benefits of the Reconstruction Finance Acts heretofore or that may be hereafter enacted.

SB 39 Caption: Relating to defining, licensing, and regulating loan brokers, and the business of loan brokers in amounts of $500 or less, secured or unsecured; providing punishment for violations of this Act.
SB 43 Caption: Relating to fixing the maximum compensation which may be paid the chief deputy to the sheriff, county clerk, district clerk, tax assessor and tax collector in counties with a population of over 250,000 inhabitants according to the last United States census and any subsequent Federal census; providing that this Act shall become effective on and after January 1, 1934.
SB 44 Caption: Relating to authorizing all Banks and Bank and Trust Companies and Savings Banks, incorporated under the laws of Texas, to purchase, hold, and dispose of stock in the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, created by the Act of Congress known as the Banking Act of 1933, and to comply with all requirements enabling Banks and Bank and Trust Companies and Savings Banks, incorporated under the laws of Texas, to purchase, hold and dispose of said stock in the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
SB 49 Caption: Relating to declaring the policy of the Legislature to provide for the general welfare by cooperating with the Federal Government in making effective the provisions of the National Agricultural Adjustment Act and the National Recovery Act within the State of Texas with reference to producers, distributors and processors of milk and milk products; providing a penalty for violation of this Act.
SB 50 Caption: Relating to providing that the Board of County and District Road Indebtedness shall keep adequate minutes of its proceedings and make semi-annual reports to each county and giving the commissioners' court of any county the right to inspect and audit the records of said board and of the State Treasurer and requiring said Board of County and District Road Indebtedness to make annual reports to the Governor, the President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
SB 90 Caption: Relating to authorizing certain independent school districts to receive donations of cash and donations of land upon which to build, erect and construct buildings in which its junior colleges may be maintained and operated and wherein an additional two years college work may be taught so as to constitute a university.
SB 100 Caption: Relating to relieving persons, firms, associations and corporations, engaged in selling or furnishing water for irrigation, from all obligations, except contractual obligations, to furnish water for irrigation of rice crops in violation of any agreement made or hereafter entered into between such persons, firms, associations and corporations and Secretary of Agriculture of the United States of America pursuant to and under the terms of an Act of Congress entitled "The Agricultural Adjustment Act," approved May 12, 1933, and any amendments thereto.

SB 14 Caption: Relating to authorizing and providing a method for the Commissioner of the General Land Office to lease to the Houston Yacht Club certain submerged lands in Galveston Bay adjacent to certain tract of land conveyed to San Jacinto Bay Corporation, in deed recorded in Vol. 697, page 460, Deed Records of Harris County and prescribing the terms and conditions of said lease.
SB 26 Caption: Relating to declaring the policy of the Legislature to provide for the general welfare by cooperation with the Federal Government in making effective the provisions of the National Agricultural Adjustment Act within the State of Texas with reference to producers, distributors and processor of milk and milk products; providing a penalty for violation of this Act.
SB 27 Caption: Relating to empowering the board of education or board of trustees of certain independent school districts by resolution passed by majority vote of the members of such board of education or board of trustees, beginning with 1933 delinquent taxes due to such independent school districts, to require in addition to the payment of any such delinquent taxes, in lieu of the present penalties provided by law the payment of a penalty at certain rates for different months of delinquency.
SB 39 Caption: Relating to providing a more efficient system for the appointment of deputy district clerks serving in counties of more than 355,000 population, in which counties there are more than one district court, including criminal district courts, by providing that the clerk of the district court may appoint a deputy for each district court or criminal district court in his county when directed so to do by the Judge of any such court.
SB 40 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute dealing with the appointment, authority, duties and qualifications of deputy sheriffs, limiting the number of such deputies in any county, and providing for the payment of their compensation, by adding a clause thereto excepting counties of over 355,000 population from the provisions of said statute, in so far as the same relates to the number of deputies to be appointed by the Sheriff in said counties.
SB 46 Caption: Relating to providing for the creation of trust funds, for maintenance of cemetery lots, and the appointment of trustees and substitute trustees therefor, and for the construction of said trust.
SB 47 Caption: Relating to releasing penalties and interest accrued or that may accrue on all franchise taxes that may be due or to become due under the provisions of certain statutes, for the years 1928 to 1933, inclusive, and releasing any penalties or interest accrued or that may accrue for failure to file reports for said years under certain statute, provided that said franchise taxes are paid and reports filed on or before six (6) months after the effective date of this Act.
SB 60 Caption: Relating to repealing certain statute relating to certain tax paid to State Department heads under protest.
SB 78 Caption: Relating to authorizing each county, and the commissioners' court thereof, of the State of Texas, which has a population of more than 250,000 as shown by the last official Federal Census to acquire by purchase lands for use as county public parks; this Act shall expire and cease to be in force and effect after July 1, 1934, except any bonds and/or time warrants issued prior to said date and maturing thereafter shall remain valid and in full force and effect until paid.

SB 440 Caption: Relating to providing that in every case appealed from the Industrial Accident Board to a District or County Court, the Clerk of such Court shall, within twenty days after the filing thereof, mail to the Industrial Accident Board a notice of such filing, and shall within twenty days after the judgment is rendered in such suit, mail to the Industrial Accident Board a certified copy thereof; providing a penalty for failure to comply with this Act.
SB 442 Caption: Relating to providing that it shall hereafter be unlawful for any person, corporation, insurance company, fraternal organization, burial association or other association to write, sell or issue any certificate, policy, contract or membership, maturing upon the death of the person holding same or upon the death of some member of the holder's family if such provides that it is to be paid or settled in merchandise or services rendered.
SB 499 Caption: Relating to providing that when an appeal has been taken and the bond or recognizance is defective, the Appellate Court may allow the appellant to amend such bond or recognizance by filing a new bond.
