HB 155 Caption: Relating to providing that any person giving or drawing with intent to defraud, bank, person, firm or corporation, with which or with whom such person giving or drawing suck check, draft or order has insufficient funds in or credit with such bank, person, firm or corporation to pay such check, draft or order, shall be deemed guilty of swindling; providing same is not paid within five days.
