SB 125 Caption: Relating to amending certain acts so as to regulate the pay of road hands and teams and road overseers of Gillespie County.
SB 126 Caption: Relating to creating a State Board of Public Welfare and defining its powers and duties.
SB 136 Caption: Relating to requiring persons, firms or corporations, doing business in certain cities, buying or securing possession of, for resale, used furniture or household goods or store or office furniture or fixtures or pianos or other musical instruments, to make reports thereof by filing with the County Clerk of the county where such purchase or sale is made, a sworn statement, giving a description of the goods, among paid for same and from whom purchased; providing a penalty for the violation thereof.
SB 137 Caption: Relating to preventing persons who have given a mortgage on household goods or furniture or store or office furniture and fixtures or pianos or other musical instruments from removing or allowing same to be removed form the place designated in such mortgage without the written consent of the mortgagee; providing a penalty for the violation thereof and providing that proof of the fact that the property covered by such mortgage is not then located at the place designated in such mortgage shall be prima facie evidence of the violation of said Act.
SB 188 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute prescribing the qualifications of notaries public.
SB 189 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute prescribing the method of making application for license to practice as attorney and counselor-at-law in the courts of this State and prescribing the qualifications of applicants for license to practice law.
SB 218 Caption: Relating to providing for the inspection by County Health officers of private sanitariums treating mental diseases or receiving patients suffering from unsound mind or treating persons afflicted with a drug habit, and making it the duty of such Health Officer to make bi-monthly visits of inspection to such institutions and to make report, in writing, the condition thereof to the County Judge, and providing penalties for the violation of this Act.
SB 219 Caption: Relating to minimizing and preventing the theft of motor vehicles and motor vehicle tires, parts and accessories, providing punishments for violations of this Act and for other purposes.
SB 220 Caption: Relating to creating a road system for Kerr County.
SB 234 Caption: Relating to requiring every purchaser of any motor vehicle or accessories therefor giving a mortgage thereon for the purchase price thereof, or any portion thereof, upon demand, to notify the mortgagee or holder of such mortgage of the location of such motor vehicle; providing punishment for failure to comply.
SB 247 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to private corporations by adding a section providing for the creation of private corporations for the purpose of acting as regularly commissioned and licensed agents of fire, fire and marine, marine, tornado, rent, accident, casualty, liability, health, elevator, disability, plate glass, burglary, bonding, title, surety or fidelity insurance companies.
SB 264 Caption: Relating to providing a salary of Six Thousand ($6,000.00) Dollars for the County Judge in counties having a population of more than one hundred thousand inhabitants, and in which there is at least one city with a population of more than seventy-five thousand, out of the fees, commissions and perquisites earned by such office in the manner and as now provided by law.
SB 265 Caption: Relating to providing that the Commissioners' Court shall provide suitable places in the Court House for the holding of court by Justices of the Peace in the precinct where the Court House is situated, where there are more than seventy-five thousand inhabitants in such Justice Precinct.
SB 278 Caption: Relating to amending certain statutes relating to Judicial proceedings in case of Lunacy.
SB 289 Caption: Relating to protecting those engaged in the erection or construction of buildings three or more stories in height, from falling through joists and from falling planks, bricks, rivets or any other substance whereby life and limb is endangered, prescribing the method of protection, and placing the responsibility for carrying out the provisions of this Act; prescribing a penalty.
SB 303 Caption: Relating to amending certain Act creating a State highway Commission, and the office of State Highway Engineer.
SB 306 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to the shipment or transportation of game when lawfully killed; authorizing agents of railroad and express companies to take the affidavit of a shipper of such game in addition the persons now authorized by law.
SB 307 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to the treatment and maintenance of patients in the Pasteur Hospital.
SB 308 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute relating to the compensation of judges and clerks of general and special elections.

SB 352 Caption: Relating to creating an executive committee of the Boards of Managers of the State Hospital for the Insane, the Home of the Feeble Minded and of the Epileptic Colony, providing for the superintendents of said institutions and one member from each of the respective Board of Manager thereof to constitute the membership of said committee; providing for the compensation and payment of traveling expenses of the members of said committee; providing for the time and place of meetings of said committee; and providing for the power and duties of said committee.
SB 358 Caption: Relating to amending certain statute by providing for the appointment by the commissioner' court of clerical help to assist them in the performance of their duties and upon application of the Grand Jury, to appoint clerical help to assist that body.
SB 376 Caption: Relating to making certain emergency appropriations out of the general revenue for the several institutions and departments of the Government for the fiscal year ending August 31, 1919.
SB 381 Caption: Relating to permitting the Artesian Belt Railroad, and the Receiver thereof, to take up and remove its railroad construction, heretofore made from a connection with the Galveston, Harrisburg & San Antonio Railway Company, in the town of Macdona to the town of Kirk, a distance of approximately three and one-tenth miles, in a southeasterly direction, all in Bexar County.
SCR 29 Caption: Recommending that the faculties and boards of regents of the University of Texas and A&M College grant diplomas to all students who have enlisted in any branch of the US army, navy, or Red Cross and who have completed three-fourths of their required courses.
SCR 32 Caption: Recalling SB 220 and SB 335 from the Governor.
SCR 34 Caption: Rescinding signatures of the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House from SB 220 and SB 335; rescinding the action of both houses in passing said bills on final passage.
