SB 22 Caption: Relating to providing for the creation of conservation and reclamation districts within this State, to be known as Levee Improvements Districts, for the purpose of reclaiming lands from overflow from rivers, creeks and streams, by systems of levees, drainage and other improvements; making penal interference with or injury to their works or improvements, and fixing penalties and punishment to be imposed on persons offending in those regards, as well as building levees without lawful authority.
SB 40 Caption: Relating to abolishing the office of Commissioner of Pensions and conferring all powers heretofore exercised by that office upon the Comptroller of Public Accounts; annulling and repealing all appropriations for the Pension Department for the years 1918 and 1919 with certain exceptions.
