SB 402 Caption: Relating to the disposition of the distributive portions of unknown stockholders upon the dissolution of domestic corporations, and imposing liability for failure to observe the requirements of the Act.
SB 441 Caption: Relating to fixing the rate of tax to be levied for school purposes in all Common School Districts in counties, which according to the last preceding Federal Census, having a population of not less than fifty-five thousand (55,000) and not more than sixty-one thousand (61,000), and having a valuation for tax purposes of not exceeding Seventy-five Million Dollars ($75,000,000), and which Common School Districts now levy a total tax of One Dollar and Fifty Cents ($1.50) per Hundred Dollars of assessed valuation of taxable property for maintenance purposes and bond interest and sinking fund purposes.
SB 468 Caption: Relating to providing that State salaries of District Judges and Criminal District Judges of the State of Texas shall be in the amounts fixed in the appropriation bills; suspending all laws in conflict herewith.

SB 243 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, providing that the compensation rate of an injured employee under the Workmen's Compensation Law of Texas shall be computed at sixty per cent of his average weekly wages, but not less than $7.00 a week; repealing all conflicting laws.
SB 260 Caption: Relating to amending a previous Act, pertaining to corporations, amending articles of incorporations by an affirmative vote of the majority of members present or by proxy.
SB 284 Caption: Relating to providing for the creation of Boards of Trustees for certain Junior College Districts; enacting other provisions relating to the subject; repealing all laws in conflict therewith to the extent of the conflict; providing a saving clause.

SB 325 Caption: Relating to providing that as between the parties, their heirs, etc, to any oil and gas lease covering property in Texas, where a determination of the rights of the parties may call for a measurement or determination of the amount of natural gas involved in any particular, all such natural gas shall be measured and calculated on the basis of the standard cubic foot of natural gas.
SB 366 Caption: Relating to providing that certain county line consolidated rural high school districts shall have all the rights, power and privileges given independent school districts by the general laws of this State.
SB 367 Caption: Relating to creating a more efficient road system for Panola County, Texas, for the maintenance of public roads and highways other than designated State Highways located in Panola County, Texas; providing that it shall be unlawful to create obligations or issue warrants against such fund unless there are cash balances available to pay such obligations or warrant, and prescribing the penalty for violation; providing it shall be unlawful to injure or destroy shade trees or signs or to deposit trash or debris on the public roads of Panola County, Texas, and prescribing the penalty for violation thereof; providing that the provisions of this Act shall be effective in case of conflict with the General Laws; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith.

SB 229 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Commissioner of the General Land Office, with the approval of the School Land Board, to enter into agreements whereby the State's royalty interests in natural gas reserved in or retained in any patent or contract of sale or under the terms of any lease executed by an agent of the state under the Relinquishment Act or any lease executed and issued by the Commissioner of the General Land Office, except leases covering land belonging to The University of Texas, are pooled and consolidated with other interests in natural gas so as to form pooled areas; fixing a minimum royalty to be received by the state; repealing all laws in conflict herewith; providing a savings clause.
SB 259 Caption: Relating to amending workmen's compensation statute to provide that in all cases of permanent partial disability as provided, the compensation shall be collected or figured at sixty per cent of the average weekly wage multiplied by the per cent of disability to the particular member or members, but not exceed $20 per week.

SB 338 Caption: Relating to amending certain Articles providing that the exemption of veterans of the present World War from the payment of dues, fees, and charges by state educational institutions of higher learning shall not prevent the payment by the Federal Government of the costs of education of eligible veterans in said educational institutions, and authorizing the governing boards of such educational institutions to enter into contracts with the United States Government or any of its agencies for the education of such veterans.
