SB 351 Caption: Relating to validating Galveston County Navigation District No. 1; validating the election held January 30, 1954, for the creation of said District and the issuance of bonds thereof and the levy of a tax for said bonds, and validating all proceedings relating to said election and creation and bonds, and validating said bonds, and providing that said bonds when approved by the Attorney General, registered by the Comptroller, and delivered to the purchaser or purchasers, shall be incontestable.
