Relating to making an appropriation of the sum of Sixty Five Thousand ($65,000) Dollars to pay the per diem and mileage of members and the per diem of officers and employees of the First Called Session of the Thirty-Seventh Legislature of the State of Texas, Convened on the 18th day of July A.D., 1921 by proclamation of the Governor, providing how accounts may be approved.
