Relating to requiring official shorthand reporters of any district court of this State on request of the appellant in any case appealed, to any Court of Civil Appeals of this State, to prepare from his stenographic notes a statement of the facts in such cause in duplicate and narrative form and deliver the same to the appellant or his attorney of record.
