Relating to declaring the wild beaver, wild otter, wild mink, wild ringtail cat, wild badger, wild polecat or skunk, wild o'possum, wild fox and wild civet-cat to be furbearing animals and making it unlawful to take any of the furbearing animals of this State by means of a steel trap, deadfall or snare, in certain counties; providing a penalty.
