SB 31, 44th 2nd C.S.

Relating to independent school districts authorized to fund into time warrants any legal outstanding obligations of district; applying only to independent school districts in counties having a population of not less than thirty-two thousand five hundred (32,500) and not more than thirty-seven thousand five hundred (37,500) according to the last preceding Federal Census.
