Relating to making supplemental appropriations of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000) to the State Highway Department for tourist advertising, Seventy-five Thousand Dollars ($75,000) to the Board of Control for repairing the San Jacinto Monument, appropriating the unappropriated balance in the Mineral Lease Fund to the Department of Corrections for emergency purpose only, providing for increased salaries of certain state officers, to be paid from funds already appropriated, and appropriating Seventy-nine Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($79,600) to the Game and Fish Commission for replacing the laboratory building at Seabrook; broadening the purposes for which prior appropriating to the Board of Medical Examiners may be expended authorizing the establishment, and setting of salaries, of two (2) additional positions required in administering the investment program of the Texas Central Education Agency and other expenses of state government.
