Remarks: This Act takes effect September 1, 2017, except Sections 2.08, 2.10, 2.23, 2.25, 2.26(1) and (4), 4.10, and 4.22(5) of this Act, and Sections 453.1061, 453.357, 454.1061, and 454.307, Occupations Code, as added by this Act, and Section 454.3521(a), Occupations Code, as amended by this Act, take effect September 1, 2019.
