SB 407, 63rd R.S.
Relating to venue so as to provide that actions founded upon an obligation of the defendant arising out of a consumer transaction to pay for goods, services, loans, and extensions of credit intended primarily for personal, family, household, or agricultural use may be brought in either the county in which the defendant signs the contract, or in the county in which the defendant resides at the commencement of the action; providing a rule as to venue in suits involving a breach of warranty by a manufacturer of consumer goods.
