HCR 179, 63rd R.S.
Resolved, by the House of Representatives the Senate of Texas concurring, that the respective parties hereinafter designated and their respective heirs, successors and assigns are hereby granted permission, jointly or severally, to sue the State of Texas and any of its agencies, in one or more suits, within 2 years from the adoption of this Resolution in a court of competent jurisdiction in Galveston County and/or Travis County, Texas.
