Relating to the licensing of certain individuals who engage in the practice of marriage and family counseling and therapy in Texas for a fee, monetary or otherwise; to create a board to be known as the State Board of Marriage and Family Counselor Examiners; to prescribe the duties and powers of the board; to fix penalties for the violation of this Act.
