Relating to providing for the conveyance by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Texas Technological College, on behalf of the State of Texas, to the Lubbock County Hospital District of certain lands to be used for hospital facilities for teaching and other related hospital facilities of the Medical School of Texas Technological College and said hospital district.
