HJR 37, 56th R.S.
Proposing an amendment providing that no current wages for personal services shall be subject to garnishment except as may be provided for the Legislature, providing that in no event may the Legislature provide for the garnishment of more than twenty per cent (20%) of such wages, and providing further that in no event may such garnishment be entertained until after the claim upon which such garnishment is based is reduced to judgment.
