Relating to prohibiting the transportation of minnows of any and all species out of Comanche County wherein such minnows are caught, seined, or taken; providing that the possession at any one time of more than four hundred (400) minnows by any person, firm, or corporation not a legal resident of Comanche County, shall constitute prima-facie evidence of the violation of this Act; providing a penalty.
