Relating to making it lawful to take or catch rough fish in Wood County by the use of a two-inch mesh net or seine and the use of the hands grabbing within the seine; prohibiting the sale of such rough fish and the possession of game or catfish while fishing in this manner; providing a penalty; repealing all laws in conflict.
