Relating to creating a new judicial district to be composed of the counties of Aransas and San Patricio; creating a new district court for the new judicial district; redistricting and changing the boundaries of the 36th and the 135th judicial districts; prescribing terms and jurisdiction of the court created herein, the 36th District court and the 135th District Court; making necessary appropriations.
