Relating to amending certain statute creating the Canton Independent School District in Van Zandt County, Texas; defining its boundaries, providing for the extension thereof, including the present Canton Independent School District; providing for a board of trustees in said district, conferring upon said district and its boards of trustees all the rights, powers, privileges and duties now conferred and imposed by the general laws of Texas upon independent school districts and the boards of trustees thereof.
