Remarks: This Act takes effect September 1, 2015, except Sections 2.05(a) and 3.04(a) take effect January 1, 2016; Sections 2.02(a) through (f), 2.03(a), and 3.10(a) and (b) take effect January 1, 2017; and Section 3.07(b) takes effect January 1, 2019.
