HB 211, 30th R.S.
Relating to prescribing who are ineligible to hold any office of profit or honor under the government of the State of Texas or any county or municipality therein, and providing that any officer or attorney of any person, firm or corporation, owning or operating any railroad, electric road, street railway, lighting plant, telephone, telegraph, sleeping or dining car, water plant or brewery, shall be ineligible to hold any such office of profit or honor.
