Relating to amending an act entitled "An Act to grant a new charter to the city of Dallas," adopted by the Thirtieth Legislature of Texas, 1907, by amending Section 2 of Article I thereof, Subdivision 5, of Section 2, of Article II thereof, Section 1, of Article X (10), thereof, Subdivision Q of Section 1, Article X (10) thereof, and by adding thereto Subdivision J to Section 1 of Article X (10).
