HB 462, 34th R.S.

Relating to providing for the working on public roads of Marion county, Texas, of all parties who may have failed to pay their poll tax, on or before January 31st of each year, and providing a penalty for those who are liable to said road duty, under the terms of this Act, by reason of their failure to pay their poll tax, and who shall fail to work said roads or streets when notified to do so by proper authority.
