Relating to prohibiting the sale of any spirituous, vinous or malt liquors capable of producing intoxication to any person engaged, employed or enlisted in the military or naval service of the United States and in uniform; prescribing a penalty for the violation of this act; providing that each sale shall constitute a separate offense.
