HB 448, 36th R.S.

Relating to providing that the Commissioners Court of Grimes County, Texas, shall not issue without submitting it to a vote of the voters of Grimes County, Texas, as required by law, more than Five Thousand Dollars in bonds in any one year and then only in case of emergency and providing that said Commissioners Court shall not issue nor sell Anticipation Warrants at all.
