Relating to amending certain laws requiring teachers in the public free schools or private or parochial school to conduct school work in the English language exclusively, preventing the adoption of texts for elementary grades not printed in English, defining the grades in which a foreign language may be taught, and fixing the penalties for the violation of this Act.
