HB 591, 36th R.S.
Relating to declaring that any person, firm, corporation or association of persons in this State who may engage in, pursue, carry on, or maintain any of the following described occupations or callings, under the circumstances and condition herein described, are declared to be creators and promoters of a public nuisance, and may be enjoined at the suit of either the Attorney General, the County or District Attorney, in the behalf of the State, being any person, firm, corporation, or association of persons who is the proprietor of any place of public amusement or the agent or employee of such person, firm, corporation or association of persons, who shall permit his place of business, or place of public amusement to be opened for the purpose of traffic or public amusement on Sunday.
