Relating to amending certain statute so as to provide for the appointment of a guardian of a person of unsound mind by jury trial, which will be granted if requested, as set out in certain statute providing for "guardianship of persons if unsound mind and habitual drunkards," and validating all appointments heretofore made without a jury trial.
