SB 355, 36th R.S.
Relating to declaring to be creators and promoters of a public nuisance, being any person who is the proprietor of any place of public amusement, who shall permit his place of business, or place of public amusement to be opened for the purpose of traffic of the public amusement on Sunday; declaring that such may be enjoined at the suit of either the Attorney General, the County or District Attorney in behalf of the State.
