SB 39, 36th R.S.
Relating to amending certain article of the Code of Criminal Procedure relating to the giving of recognizance on appeal by providing that in case the defendant shall fail to enter into recognizance during the term of court at which he was tried, he may be permitted to give bail and obtain his release from custody by giving, after the expiration of the term of court, his bail to the sheriff, in an amount fixed by the court.
