Relating to the measuring, counting, carrying, grading, weighing or classing of any oil, cotton, wool, sugar, hides, wood, coal, grain, livestock, fruits, vegetables, farm product, or other thing, article or commodity sold, stored, bartered, given in payment, or offered for ale, exchange, storage, shipment or delivery, providing that each incorrect measure, count, weight, grade or class shall constitute a separate offense, and repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict herewith, and prescribing a penalty for violation of the same.
