HB 282, 38th R.S.
Relating to providing that citizens of Texas, who are qualified electors, who will reach the age of twenty-one year after the first day of February and before the day of a following election, hall be entitled to vote at such election without having paid a poll tax and without having obtained an exemption certificate; providing procedure in case the vote of such person is challenged.
