Relating to authorizing and empowering The Beaumont and Great Northern Railroad to acquire, own, maintain and operate, all that certain railroad heretofore owned and operated by The Missouri, Kansas & Texas Railway Company of Texas, which railroad begins at a point in the town of Trinity, in Trinity County, Texas, and extends thence in an easterly direction through and across the counties or parts of counties, of Trinity, Polk and Tyler, to a point in the town of Colmelsneil, in Tyler County, Texas; together with appurtenant franchises and property.
