HB 12, 38th 2nd C.S.
Relating to providing for uniformity and equalization of taxation; conferring upon the State Tax Board general supervision over the administration of the laws relating to the taxation and over assessors and collectors of taxes and County Commissioners Courts sitting as boards of equalization to the end that assessments of all classes of property for purpose of State taxation shall be made relatively just and equal in the several counties of this State.
