Relating to amending certain statute creating the Pearsall Independent School District so as to provide that an election may be held to determine as to the assumption of outstanding indebtedness of territory incorporated into the Pearsall Independent District, validating current contracts for the maintenance of the schools of the districts included in the said Pearsall Independent District.
