Relating to amending certain statute providing for the election of a county board of trustees in each county of the State, prescribing the qualifications, term of office and method of election of county trustees, defining the duties and powers of the county board of trustees and of subordinate school officials employed by the said board in the administration of the public free school under their jurisdiction, repealing all laws and parts of laws in conflict with this act.
