Relating to renewing and extending for an additional period of two years certain oil and gas permits issued on other than public school and University land, under date of February 3, 1920, under which a well has already been drilled to a depth of 3000 feet or more, and providing for payment of rentals and making report of operations to the Commissioner of the General Land Office.
