SB 137, 39th R.S.

Relating to the management and control of the estates of minors by guardian, so as to provide for the sale of the real estate of minors, and for the improvement of such real estate, and for the extension of debts against the estate of such minor, and to provide for securing the payment of such debts and for such improvements by executing mortgages, deeds of trust, mechanics' contracts and material men lien in the manner and under the circumstances herein set forth, and providing for application for such order whenever it appears that a necessity exists therefor.
