Relating to creating the Anton Independent School District in Hockley and Lamb Counties, Texas, including therein a part of Common School District No. 2 in Hockley County, Texas, and a part of the Littlefield Independent School District in Lamb County, Texas, and defining its boundaries; providing for the election of a board of trustees therefor, vesting said independent school districts with all of the rights, powers, privileges and duties conferred upon independent school districts incorporated under the General Laws of Texas.
