Relating to granting power to the Railroad Commission of Texas to supervise and control the taking of natural gas from all gas wells in Texas; providing for rules and regulations for the exercise of said power; providing for the enforcement of the provisions here and any rule or regulation of said Railroad Commission made hereunder.
