Relating to ratifying and confirming the title of J.H. Cole and all other persons holding a chain of title from W.H. Walters in and to a tract of land and containing in Nacogdoches, County known as the W.H. Walters Labor of land and containing 177 acres of land, and to disavow and relinquish the right, claim and title of the State of Texas in and to said land.
