Relating to providing for the better enforcement of the laws of the State of Texas by providing that when an offense charged is in violation of both state and federal law and the minimum punishment fixed by federal law is less than that fixed by state law, all peace officers of this state and their deputies are required to file their charges in the state courts; fixing a punishment for the nonobservance of said Act.
