SB 225, 40th R.S.
Relating to the payment of salary to the County Judge by the Commissioners' Court for presiding over said Court, ordering elections, making returns thereof, hearing and determining civil cases, and transacting all other official business, by providing that the amount so paid shall be ex-officio, and not accountable under the maximum fee bill, in counties of 150,000 population or more.
