SB 34, 40th R.S.
Relating to require each county in this State to levy a county school tax in such sum as the State Board of Education may require, not to exceed fifty cents on the Hundred Dollar taxable property valuations in such county; requiring said board of education of fix and certify such rate and repealing all laws in conflict therewith.
