Relating to amending certain statute relating to the appointment of Assistant District Attorneys in certain Judicial Districts so as to provide for the appointment of assistant district attorney in such judicial districts in which there is situated a city of twenty-eight thousand population or over, according to the last preceding United States census or any United States census which may hereafter be taken.
