HB 1028, 42nd R.S.
Relating to authorizing the Commissioners' Court of counties having not less than thirty-six hundred, ninety (3,690) and not more than four thousand (4,000) inhabitants according to the last available Federal Census, to appropriate and expend a sum not exceeding Seventy-five Hundred ($7,500.00) Dollars to be used over a period of five (5) years for exterminating predatory animals.
