HB 69, 42nd 1st C.S.
Relating to providing that in all cases where a county has public funds on deposit in any bank or trust company or other depository, and the funds so deposited are secured by a bond, and when the depository has failed to pay the checks or drafts drawn on said fund by said county, said county suing upon said bond is hereby authorized to pay off any indebtedness against such real estate.
