Relating to prohibiting the hunting, trapping, ensnaring or killing of any wild deer, buck, doe or fawn within the limits of the Counties of San Augustine and Sabine, State of Texas, for a period of five (5) years from and after the passage of this Act; providing a penalty thereon.
